Liturgical color
Seasonally changing color assigned for all liturgical vestments and furnishings.
These include:
White (or Gold) - Christmas and Easter seasons, feasts of our Lord, the Blessed Virgin Mary, the angels, saints who are not martyrs, St Joseph, St John Baptist, St John Evangelist, All Saints, Chair of St Peter and Conversion of St Paul.
Green - Used for regular Sundays after Epiphany and after Trinity
Rose - Gaudete Sunday (in Advent) and Laetare Sunday (in Lent)
Red - Used on Palm Sunday, Good Friday, feasts of martyrs, Pentecost and for Confirmation.
Black - Used on Good Friday and for funeral masses
Blue - Used for feasts of the Blessed Virgin Mary
